Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Estimated Delivery After processing, estimated U.S. delivery is 3–8 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, carrier, or supplier.

Tracking When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Some items may ship from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Multiple Items If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Lumina's Responsibility Lumina is not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or delays resulting from an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
